What it does

Every week, you gather the announcements, write the copy, chase down the details someone forgot to send you, and somehow turn it all into a newsletter before Thursday. It takes your members 30 seconds to skim it, but it takes you half a day to put together. The Systems for Ministry Newsletter Agent does the gathering and drafting for you. Drop your event details into a folder — copy-pasted from Facebook, a photo of a flyer, a note you typed on your phone, a screenshot, a voice memo — and the agent assembles a draft newsletter in your voice, flags anything that’s missing, and waits for you to fill in the gaps before pushing a final version to your email platform. You review. You hit send. That’s it. Should be less than half-an-hour of work on your part.

Introductory pricing

Custom build, your church, your platforms, your voice.

This is an introductory rate for the first five congregations. Standard pricing for this engagement is $1,500. You’re getting a steal because you’re getting in early, and because we believe small churches should have access to tools that are ordinarily out of their reach.

Introductory rate applies to standard setups. If your church’s technical setup includes IT-managed email or other complications, we’ll scope that together before any commitment.
