Ministry runs on people.
People run on systems.

When your admin is a mess, your pastor is burning out. Systems for Ministry brings data analytics, AI workflows, knowledge bases, and Notion templates to the church world — so your team spends less time on infrastructure and more time on mission.

What I Do

Ministry teams are under-resourced, overworked, and running on tools that were never designed for them. I help churches and ministry organizations build systems that actually work — so nothing falls through the cracks and nobody burns out maintaining them.

Data Analytics

You’re probably already collecting data — attendance, giving, program participation — but it’s sitting in spreadsheets that nobody looks at. I help you figure out what to track, clean up what you have, and build dashboards that turn your data into decisions.

Wiki Builds

Every ministry team has critical knowledge living in someone’s head. When that person leaves, it walks out the door with them. I build internal wikis that capture your institutional knowledge — onboarding docs, policy libraries, ministry playbooks — so your team is never starting from scratch.

Notion Templates

Ready-to-use Notion workspaces built specifically for ministry contexts. Sermon planning, volunteer tracking, meeting notes, and more. Explore available templates, or let’s build something custom for your team.

AI Workflow Builds

AI won’t replace your pastor. But it can handle the tasks that are quietly burning them out. I design custom AI-powered workflows that automate the repetitive stuff — so your staff can focus on people, not paperwork.

From manual to automatic

A preaching resource ministry was spending 2–3 hours manually uploading resources and updating multiple tracking systems every time new content was published. It worked — but that kind of low-grade friction adds up fast.

I built a custom AI-powered workflow that handles the entire process in about 5 minutes — with the human in the loop giving real-time input and feedback at every step.

This is the kind of thing Systems for Ministry builds.

Why Systems for Ministry

I’m Remi, an ordained pastor in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). I’ve served as a solo pastor, on a multi-staff team, in a church plant, and at the denominational level — and everywhere I’ve gone, I’ve walked into inefficient systems and rebuilt them.

I got serious about AI and operational tools not because I’m a tech enthusiast (okay, a little bit), but because I watched too many good people burn out on admin that didn’t have to be that hard. The church can’t afford to outsource its operations — but it also can’t afford to keep doing things the inefficient way.

That’s the gap I work in.

Systems for Ministry is newly launched, and I’m intentionally keeping my client list small while I build my portfolio. That means you get my full attention, real investment in your project’s success, and introductory pricing that won’t last forever.
